Ordering the DVD
The "Brian Clough - In His Own Words" DVD is available to order quickly and easily online.
Simply click on the order button below-left to add the title to your shopping cart. You can then specify how many copies you wish to order. When you have selected the quantity you required, click on the "Checkout" link to review your selection and proceed to the payment stage.
Payments process
You can pay for your order using any major credit or debit card. All online payments are made via the world-renowned PayPal system so you can be confident that your online purchase will be completely secure and safe. Look out for the padlock or key symbol in your browser window for confirmation that your purchase is being carried out in a secure way.
Delivery
Once we receive your order and payment, we will make every effort to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Please allow 5 working days for UK orders, 14 working days for Overseas orders. Postage and packaging charge is 80p per DVD.
Guarantee/Refund Policy
We aim to make all our customers completely satisifed with their purchases. However, if for some reason you are unhappy with your product, you can return it to us within 7 days of delivery in its original condition for a refund or exchange. Please contact us for your returns authorisation number if you wish to return any product. You will be responsible for the return postage costs and we advise that you use recorded delivery as proof of posting cannot be considered as proof of receipt.
