This DVD is a journey back in time for people local to Riddings and though just interested.
Tony studied Art in Derby, and Photography and Film in 1977. He then went on to work as a film-maker/Photographer and since then as a local taxi driver!
In 1996 both his parents and wife died and his children had to go away to live. The Lifelines exhibition and poetry work is a response to this. Recent work includes documenting villages for the local studies library and photographing musicians such as Fairport Convention for CDs.
Recently Tony has become very interested in creating images in rural settings and is developing work in Spain. In 2004 Tony started developing his writing skills and has written his first Matlock mystery short story, "Post card from Matlock".ALL IMAGES REMAIN COPYRIGHT OF THE ARTIST.
